Growing up I was a nationally ranked tennis player, but I did always yo-yo and battle my weight. As a college tennis player, I was very fit but really as a reflection of the hours spent training and not the actual type of training itself. Thus, when I graduated college I did not have a system in place to prevent major weight gain. Low and behold, 5 years after graduating college I weighed 285 pounds and had high blood pressure, high cholesterol and border line diabetes. Then, I found HEART RATE training.
