Already in good shape and looking to go to another level? My high intensity heart rate based training sessions will take you to new levels. At the first meeting, we will conduct a Cardiorespiratory assessment to see your true level of conditioning. Also, at the initial meeting we will weigh and measure your body fat. Realistic weight loss and body fat reduction goals will be established.
Based on the results of the assessment, your training program will be designed with the overall goal being to increase your level of energy, strength and endurance during your workouts. The lower we can keep your heart rate during strenuous activity, the faster and the stronger you will become. Weekly weigh ins and bi monthly body fat testing will give you the accountability needed to stay on track. The fast paced workouts will challenge your body as well as your mind. You will feel better, healthier and younger than ever.
